Text messaging (SMS) terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Point A to Point B Cars from 404-748-0530.

What we text about

We send texts to answer your questions about renting, and to our renters about their rental: payment and due-date reminders, return and renewal notices, and other messages about your account or vehicle.

How you sign up

You opt in by texting us at 404-748-0530, by ticking the text message box on our booking request form, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you rent from us. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of renting.

How often

Message frequency varies with your rental and with the questions you send us.

Cost

We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again. Stopping texts does not change what you owe under a rental agreement, so we may still contact you by phone or mail about your rental.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
